Remember the 3 R's

The industry continues to change as new products are developed and electronic delivery systems evolve. What can never change is the very thing that defines The Banking Revolution at Patriot; the way we treat our customers. All Patriot employees must always focus on our own 3 R's when serving our customers:
Respectful--Always respect the customer as a person. Understand that they have their own particular banking needs and their satisfaction depends on how we treat them.
Responsive--When our customers need an answer or have a specific request we have an obligation to get back to them in a timely manner.
Resourceful--Sometimes the solution isn't always apparent. We must take the time to find creative ways to always ensure that the customer experience is exceptional.
