Teller

Efficiently process all customer transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Contribute to the achievement of sales goals in the Branch by providing referrals. Responsible for processing all customer transactions to include requests for account information; identify and pursue sales referral opportunities; maintain, log and process mail and night deposit drop transactions; encode checks and prepare outgoing cash letter deposits; balance cash drawer daily and reconcile working cash to the end of the day computer totals. Assist other Branch personnel as required.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Must possess good communication skills, attention to detail, strong math aptitude. Experience in handling money is preferable. Excellent customer service skills-previous experience in customer service and/or sales experience if helpful. Must be a team player with willingness to work in other branches on a temporary or permanent basis. Candidate must possess a strong sense of integrity and personal ethics. Must have been in present position at least nine months.

Mortgage Loan Officer/Residential Lending Department

Incumbent will solicit and originate residential mortgages to meet annual closed loan volume objectives. Generate referrals and leads from new or established relationships with individuals, clients and channel partners such as real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors, mortgage brokers or other lender partners as directed by the VP & Manager of the Residential Lending Group. Ensure that mortgage applications are completed in compliance with State and Federal regulations and meet underwriting quality standards and loan data is entered accurately into all loan systems.

Prepare and implement a market strategy for lead generation and conversion to mortgage applications and closed loans. Participate in marketing, sales and scenario techniques training to effectively sell, package and close residential first mortgages. Sales activities to promote mortgage products and services may include regular meetings with retail branch staff. Participate in mortgage associations or local real estate boards. Involvement in local community networking groups is imperative.

Requirements
Must have the ability to create, implement and adapt a market strategy for lead generation, prospect to client conversion, and client to close conversion. State or Federal registration on the Nationwide Mortgage License System OR 3 years of mortgage origination experience is highly desired. Applicants with less than 2 years experience will be considered on a case by case basis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, along with the capacity to work independently with little supervision. Must demonstrate a high level of customer service; have a strong math aptitude and be able to work under pressure.

Incumbent must be a High School graduate with some college credits preferable, along with two or more relevant loan operations experience.

Salary
Draw against commission.
